The dolphin should have been removed carefully and taken it to The Long Island Care Facility. It was sad to see that more action wasn't taken; very disappointed. Since we haven't have a dolphin in the New York Aquarium for the last eight years why this beutiful creature wasn't save for our Brooklyn Aquarium. More funds should be designated to save dolphin that have lost their way. This is not first time that it happen; even whales had died in the Gowanus canal.

Maybe you should take a walk down into the city subways and shelter system and find a homeless person who I's dying the same type of death and advocate for them first....I know you do not consider them beautifully creatures none the less they deserve the same consideration...

I'm very excited about PeoplePerfectPlanet, a new idea to replace Mother Nature with a competely man-made ecosystem. About time we made a world suited to people. We can make dolphins that are resistent to our waste products.

Humans that eat meat will cry over dolphins and other animals.
Then they go chomp down cows, chickens, fish etc.
Humans are animals as well.
It is only a stuck up attitude that makes them think any different.
There are gods however...and they are pretty mad at humans.
