Why is Nucor looking to sell its Nuconsteel division?

ITW appears to be a prospective buyer. Why has Nucor decided to quit this market after nearly a decade? What goals were missed? How much money was lost? And what other divisions could be in jeopardy of a sell-off or shutdown within the end products groups?
