Absolutely ridiculous process. If they don't want to hire you for whatever reason, send an email to the person or pick up the phone and make a phone call. Piss poor customer service. I don't know who they think they are but I can understand why everyone says it hasn't been the same since it was Conrail. And this is coming from people who have been there 40+ years. Thumbs down NS, way down. And I plan on spreading the word.
