Nortel Networks announced 1,300 more layoffs Monday morning, the departure of several top executives and pay and hiring freezes as it struggles with tough economic conditions and internal trouble.

Internal trouble? Maybe that's because "internal" Nortel is made up of 15+ different languages in 15+ different countries. Nortel is on its way out! It started when they first started out_sourcing from North America.
