I can live with once or twice a year outage for a couple three hours.
It's still way better than the iphone or windows.
If there is something better, I would have it, it's the best.

I can't live without my e-mail! Fix it right now! What will I do? Maybe I can download e-mail right from the net straight to my brain and bypass my Blackberry- That will save me $40 a month!

Dumb story. I expect technology to sometimes have a few glitches. In two years I've counted one morning where I've had a problem with my blackberry.
Comcast is far worse than anything wrong with blackberry. You reporters should do more stories about how horrible comcast is, not blackberry.

The failure occurred at about 3:30 p.m. Eastern time Monday and was fixed three hours later, Research In Motion said in a statement. No messages were lost, and calling and text-messaging services weren't affected.
then whats the big deal?

Blackberry quality has gone down after they laid off higher cost employees with years of experience. They then hired less qualified people who they paid less.
