Drowning victim's family gets settlement

A year after a sixth-grader drowned off Long Beach on a school trip, the city of New York has reached a $1.6 million settlement with Nicole Suriel's family, a spokeswoman for the city's law department said Friday.

this poor family loses a beautiful 12 yr old daughter and is awarded only $1.6M but the following story a woman gets $95M for harrassment..what do you think is worth more
