Its all they have. Wakefield this and Wakefield that. Whenever they want to make a weak, pathetic attack to send messages to the public its an attack on one 1998 medical intervention that wasn't about vaccines and Wakefield has NEVER be antivaccine. Many others replicated Wakefield's work but that's ignored

"an autistic child screams; another bites his mother's hand; another repeatedly and violently slams a book against his head. Then a narrator tells us that "every day across the world, medical symptoms of hundreds of thousands of people with autism are being ignored". This is the reality show Wakefield and Krigsman was pitching to TLC??? Good luck with that one!
"He cites five studies, two of which were authored by his friend, collaborator and Autism Team star Arthur Krigsman." How biased that he sites Krigsman, who was and still is Wakefield partner and they both worked together at Thoughtful House??!!

The 1998 whatever it was WAS about a vaccine, the MMR. The paper isn't even called a 'medical intervention'. Wakefield maybe wasn't anti vaccine back then, since he had his own patens for a single measles vaccine, but since then he has become anti vaccine.

Best of all "I'm sorry – who's Andrew Wakefield?" And unless his TV series is snapped up by a broadcaster over here, perhaps that's the way it'll stay."

The guardians is corrupt organisation. With pharama heads sitting in their board members. What message they are portraying here...No Vaccines-Autism link.

The guradian if it is valid and true should search why autism is not being medically researched to determine the disease pathway.

What a long drawn out piece of rubbish. But several things should be noted. This author is a pro-vac. The piece is inaccurate it many ways such as the way its stated that Wakefield insisted the MMR be stopped and that it led to rates of MMR being lowered. The media caused that. Says Wakefield set up a non-profit to help those with autism. Odd behavior for a greedy doctor who's motivation for his 1998 medical intervention on 12 children was to sell his own vaccines and take money from lawyers. This story is a mess and should be deleted.
