The government conveniently forgets to mention that the Export Administration Act had expired and remains expired according to express language in the law, backed up by the statement of the bills author in committee on the intent of Congress. The U.S. Department of Justice has been extorting good companies that actually export goods made by U.S. workers into paying fines in order to avoid protracted litigation over a law that no longer exists, yet turns a blind eye when U.S. companies engage in massive transfers of technology and money to places like Communist China. The purpose of the fraud being perpetrated by the Bush Department of Justice is to cripple American manufacturers and force them to move manufacturing capacity to low-wage countries controlled by our enemies like the Chinese Communist Party and the drug lords of Latin America. It is a concerted attack on the American worker and the companies who still make useful things.

Their must be many more false companies as well operating. If you give free hand to some one, well, you should accept their kick too. If you take a baby in your lap, don't mind plucking of your beard by him. You must secure back yards to not let any one for making a pass at you.
