I think the Vanity Fair article is on target. As exciting as it is for bankers to realize their true passions, we shouldn't be so excited about their being let go. According to VF for every job lost on wall street, two more are lost in the city.

Way to go guys... you made enough money in a market based on unicorns, rainbows and fantasies to chase down your dream. I wish I could be laid off like that as well.
