Finally some co head roles are eliminated , never work in the past ie Weill/Reed, Carpenter/Menezes and more recently Foresee/Yabbra. More need to be done 2 co-CEOs in each of the region EMEA and Asia Pac and maybe a few more further down the line. Lots more cost can be taken out by eliminating more co- sharing roles and make managers take individual ownership.
