This ruling is just wrong.
The last person you want to mess with is Mother Nature. She is going to get all of us for this.

This looks like it will be the next major invasive species to overtake the rest of our natural crops.. Good one!! The Supreme court shows just how pro-buisiness they are.. I guess we all knew it.

Silly question, but shouldn't introducing genetically modified bacteria into the food supply via the food fed to cattle be just as big a concern as the cross-pollination? What does it do to the cattle, and vis-a-vi, humans???

You have to wonder how the judges on the Supreme Court view the future, or perhaps they reason they will either be insulated from the diasters of their latest decisions, or old and gone. Too bad big money trumps all.

Yes, and once again the Supreme Court steps in and it's - Big Corporations: 1 / US Citizens: 0. Oh well, just another day in a once great democracy that has turned itself into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Big Corporate Brother, Inc.
