government is getting too big and complicated. just like health-care, now the federal drug administration. the clinton - obama gang, thats right gang, gang of power behind closed doors and job appointments for not running is self willed delusional people with their own ideas how things should be. their problem is that they know, as in health-care they can't go back. government interference has caused many problems, and compounded many problems. creating monopolies within state borders for health-care should have a anti-trust suit. the government files suits on companies. what is it they don't see or care? it appears they want to keep power and will stop at nothing to take money at will beacause they are bankrupting their budgets and our country.

the government subsidies for cobra health insurance ran out june 1si. they started march of 09. with the subsidy at 65%. the government spending and driving up costs with everything! housing, energy, health-care, taxes! the vat tax!? they have spent and subsidized to no end and there is nothing for it! so they go after companies!they started it in the first place. the governments health-care was never bargained or shopped around, it was paid. they have driven everything up! it's not their money, it's other peoples money.

there is no need for FSC tobacco products . only responsible smokers. if we can not refrain ourselves from fire hazzards by extinguishing our own tobacco products. there would be no need for these laws to protect our society!

Are the people at the Food and Drug Administration smart enough to regulate or police anything? Are they only prejudice people listing to anti tobacco wanting more big bucks?
