everything is bad for us eventually. whats the big deal with the fda chief? if it is enacted into law he has to do his job period. he really should be having no comment.

some guy named buchman said british american tobacco was a buy, not mo or pm. he stated that it would eat into the earnings due to the fda regulations. bat's down about 10 bucks. i see consolidation for mo, more margin, less competition. the most is a billion $ in costs ten years out. really nothing to them compared what the states get now. probably a short.
