Bonds of tobacco giant Altria Group may continue to improve after a U.S. court decision removed the threat that the industry would need to make large financial payouts from cigarette profits.

nice job. one other concern, the tax in new york? a pull back in inventories would be a good counter move. no? avoid tax on chater boats? these politicions need to look really stupid. just thinking about it. they are definitly creating a black market. government can't even run itself.
