Monster would be wise to utilize the HR staff its downsizing in its sells department after all it is HR professionals that typically make the buying decisions on on-line advertising and Monster is not very well networked with these groups on the local levels. Also, HR professionals are busy; I don't always want to place my own ad, there is a benefit to having a sells or customer service person that I can call and have do the work for me. Monster is average at providing customer service on this level.
