OF COURSE BUILDING THE COMPUTER OUT OF THE UNITED STATES IN ANOTHER LOW-WAGE COUNTRY.

WHY DON'T THE UNITED STATES PEOPLE PUT A 1,000 PERCENT TARIFF ON IMPORTED COMPUTERS TO STIMULATE DOMESTIC PRODUCTION???
