So it's only GBH for killing a male person if you have a vagina. Seems fair.

A few more details wouldn't go ashtray. Let me guess,,, he deserved it?

Let us see who the oppressed sex is when the details come out shall we?

We are the puppeteers, we pull the strings.

You have threatened to stalk, commit assault, battery, rape and murder more than one woman on this forum.

You will continue to be trolled until you stop posting hatred and violence against women. If you stop you will not be trolled.

You have a choice.

What a load of cerap. Its a holding charge while they do the autopsy. Will then be upgraded to murder or manslaughter, depending on the circumstances. This is normal process.

Time will tell. No doubt it will be alleged that he tried to rape her, or was bullying her. For a recent example, did they wait for the autopsy on Jill Meagher to charge Adrian Ernest Bayley? No they didn't. Please, tell me what's normal again.

No idea about the Meagher case. It is normal process in WA to hold someone on a lesser charge while the gathering of evidence continues, then upgrade the charge later where warranted - gives the cops a bit more time to do the job properly.

I know you are right. Still, sounds odd when someone is killed and the perp is charged with something lesser. It makes sense, but something strikes me as unusual. I guess it's a WA thing.

It does sound odd, but guess it is safer from a legal view than laying more serious charges and then having to downgrade them later because of some other evidence. Perhaps they lost a case this way some time. If you hit a guy and he dies, doesn't mean you killed him. Could be drugs, heart condition, whatever
