Stop the madness. Eat some fresh fruit and vegetables. Better yet, grow your own. Take a walk or ride a bike. Get some fresh air and sunshine. Flush those pills (prescription, non-prescription, and vitamins) down the toilette. They're all crap. Fire your doctor. Take up golf or tennis- join a gym - but do something!

Good advice - if just the lazy, selfish, TV watching, couch potatoes would take it. But they won't !!!
The majority of the human race once it has enough to eat and a roof over, is indifferent to advice, lazy with a capital L, self indulgent and too self satisfied to improve their health by any work such as exercise.
They would rather rely on pills and advice however biased such as TV ads from "doctors" who are the slaves of the drug companies freebies.
90% of the US population is like this. That's why it's so easy to fool them and take their money.

WIth fast food sold on every corner, it's no surprise. People don't even have to get on their feet to get their slops, it's tossed out the window to them.

Pharmaceutical companies are far more responsible for the drug problems this country faces than the neighborhood drug dealer. If you go to a doctor for an ailment, they give you drugs. If those drugs don't work, they give you different drugs. If those drugs don't work, they give you others, and so on and so on and so on. That's why they spend so much money lobbing congress to try to make natural alternatives illegal. They make billions peddling drugs that don't cure what ails you, they only mask the symptoms. You're body, along with time, is the real healer, not drugs

you got it right, but not this senior I don't take any medicine and my Humana PPO is FREE sine I don't I remember the Democrats TV ad with the couple from Ohio who spent $600 a month for drugs ,they had about 25 bottle between them, vote for Kerry was the theme and the government would pay for them
