Foreign sales keep McDonald's above water in October

McDonald's Corp., the world's largest fast-food chain, said Monday that monthly sales growth edged down in October in the U.S., only the third time the monthly figures hasn't climbed in 6 1/2 years.

Is it any wonder? Their smushed-up disgusting burgers in a "value meal" are now over $5.00!!! I can get a 12" Subway sub for $5.00 and have much more healthier food and quantity.

I will say that I like their grilled-chicken salads, they are the best item there!!

Burger King, Wendy's, Hardees are all waaay better then the crap that McD's serves up. I haven't gotten anything besides a salad there since I saw "SuperSize Me" (the movie) a few years ago.
