I tried their expanded chicken menu. It works just as advertised. I expanded by about 15 pounds.

I do not eat at McDonalds, however I am wondering about their new menu items. Sweet Tea, "southern" style chicken and biscuits. You would think their headquarters were in Memphis, not Oak Brook, IL.

With the prices they charge for the soft drinks you are actually buying the chicken and only getting a free soda.

I got sick off of their #5 chicken sandwich...I wouldn't recommend their chicken to anyone! Either way you order it, crispy or grilled, it never tastes the way it is suppose to taste. I'm going to Wendys...

Sweet tea and fried chicked southern style... maybe Morgan Spurlock was right. If you try to get an unsweetened tea, it costs a lot more (sandard soda price vs. $1 for the BIGGEE sweet tea.)

Better yet, bring Chik-fil-a to Chicago (this is what they're trying to replicate [trying being the operative word]). Watch McDonald's go out of business.

I don't know where you get your information but Ronald McDonald house is to house the parents of hospitalized children who cannot afford out of town accommodation's.
My suggestion to you is to go back to school and take a course in "shut up".

Hey Trib! No need for stories like this that waste space and writers' time. The McDonalds folks have millions to spend on advertising and promotion if they want to get the word out. This is not a genuine news story.

All press releases do not need to result in stories.

Mmm... 420 calories and 20g of fat, first thing in the morning.

More calories than a bowl of oatmeal with orange juice and a cup of fresh strawberries. Yet cheaper. Wasn't McDonald's trying to convince us that they were a healthy option not too long ago? What happened to that?

I tried this promotion last month-- the "sweet tea" was undrinkable, and the chicken sandwich was forgettable.
