It seems to me that the way it was is nothing like it is now. I am a 50 year old male in conroe texas, I manage a large some of commercial property in the houston area. I have to say, In the past 35 years I have spent a vast amount of money in Mcdonalds. PEOPLE!!! what in the world has happend to this american icon? over the years it has been taking a serious dive in the big Q.S.C. I miss what it use to be. As many of you out there, i also worked at Mcdonalds. Back then it was an amazing experience to be working there. I worked for them for 10 years. I whent to hamburger U. i dedicated a great deal of my life doing something that i beleved in. As much as i loved working there, i also whanted my customers to injoy ther experence with us as well. But, that is not the case today. I have had so many poor experenceses in Mcdonalds that i have sworn off the golden arches for good. lets get back to the basics people. its time you opened up the old training books and got back to work. And i do meen the "old" ones. We all really do miss the old you. Please come back.

old timer your response is way too litigated. Try to believe that less could also be more. Absolutely customer service sucks! I agree. These young kids don't care about us meaning you myself for our family everyone knows this. but it's convenient which deals billions of dollars. I do not agree but what can I do about it!.
