It doesn't matter how it was supplied to the madia. Only that it was, and rightfully so. The management team had prior knowledge of an infestation and did nothing about it. If the franchisee knew of this and did nothing about it, then they should have their franchise revoked.

You may "want to see" them fired, sued, and put in jail. But you falsely stated that they were being sued. That's an outright lie.

I didn't say they WERE. I said they SHOULD. And they should. But I also agree that the store's owner and management should be investigated and appropriately punished.
