On May 8, I was about to enter the McDonald's located at 27901 Gratiot Ave, Roseville MI. I tripped on a gap in the sidewalk, at the entrance.

The next day, I had to go to Urgent Care. Severely sprained ankle, requiring a brace for two weeks. Sprained knee, hip, and back.$256 medical bill.

McDonald's/franchisee DGY Enterprises LLC, and their insurer acknowledge the gap exists, but refuses to pay my medical bill.

I want people to know how much McDonald's obviously "cares" about their customers, and how seriously they care for their community responsibility.

I do have a petition on change.org . Please look it up and sign. Thank you.
