This Mattel employee turned MGA emlpoyee clearly does not know the difference between a thumb drive and a paper clip which he was informed not to take in the first place. Thumb drives with proprietary Information can be worth a lot of money but we know now that MGA clearly had no interest in such information. I suppose the ex-Mattel thief just wanted a running start on his own future toy line; perhaps trendy, sexy, big headed, ethnic fashion dolls. He could say that he simply had an idea and he could further explain that his Mattel employment agreement didn't cover ideas.

I know, ideas are the root of everything that is created and designed and invented; don't tell the judges that perhaps the jury can figure that one out on their own.
