Judge halts trial over Bratz dolls

The maker of Bratz dolls said Friday he will seek a mistrial over an ethnic slur made by a juror who has been dismissed from the copyright infringement case brought by Mattel Inc.

So the court is saying that if I work in a restaurant I can't make the decision to open my own restaurant or I see a particular style of tablet I can't make a tablet and sell it!! This is America and we are free to archive. This judge is way out of line and should be sued along with a counter suit for Mattel.
