Smoking while pregnant linked to ADHD in children
Children born to women who smoked during pregnancy appear to have an increased risk of developing attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder , according to new research.

Any woman who smokes during her pregnancy should be dropped by insurance companies.
Let her pay 100% of the cost of having the baby and let her pay 100% of the cost of her baby's future medical bills.
Maybe that would be enough incentive to get these dummies to stop smoking.
