Appalling customer service. I sent a letter of complaint to the CEO of Lloyds group complaining that my previous letter had been ignored which referred to the pet insurance I had with Halifax (owned by Lloyds group). They advertised cover for life and have breached that promise. I got a bog standard letter, which was addressed to my mother, referring me to their customer service line. The response didn't even acknowledge that I'd written to the CEO! I'm not sure how referring me to Lloyds bank customer service is meant to help - my insurance was with Halifax. They clearly haven't even had the decency to read my letter. FSO next then!
