Southwest Airlines doesn't expect to earn a profit in the first quarter because of higher fuel costs.

Sounds like the time has come for WN. Now that their employees are gaining seniority they're ready to play hard ball like the other majors. This is what brought AA down. Employees telling the company how the business will be run.

WN gettin to top heavy like Delta, more money goes thru the G.O. then the US government. If they would get rid off all their pencil sharpeners and paper clip counters not to mention their trash can inventory clerks they could save $$$$$. Gary K ( or special K ) was the head bean counter-guess he forgot how to count, he's to busy listening to the people tell him how good he looks in his suits. Sups and Managers are hired off the street now with no knowledge of the job. Sure SWA was voted one of the best places to work but they only asked the people at the G.O.
