And they just keep laying people off so that there are more people with no money to spend on luxury bras, panties and lotion...the rest are afraid to spend as they worry they will be next. Great strategy. Please your investors in the short-term while negatively impacting your long-term sales growth.

Think with the glass half full. They employ 90,000 people. They have 195,000 investors.
While 400 have received lay off notices this year, of which 230 were white collar. Those are still pretty impressive numbers. This company has supported Central Ohio since the 1960's, and I am sure they will weather this economy.

What's with all the negative news. This is not good for the team, guys. Can't we get some economists to weigh in here with a positive angle?

You know, I don't know the chairman-les-and I'm sure he is not perfect. BUT--he has done and continues to do alot for this city. He'll do this year what I can't do in a lifetime. Let's give him a break if not some praise.

Daily Horoscope for January 8

Taurus

Although the influences around now tend to give you endurance and stamina, you do have to watch that you're not straining your body too much, or trying to force yourself to do things that you don't want to do. Too much willpower can sometimes make you push yourself past your limits. You may be overspending to compensate, because you feel that you deserve a little reward for all your hard work. However, you'll have to pay the piper sooner or later!
