Where does labor ready get their illegals? They must be illegal because they say they can't get Americans to do those jobs.

As I follow the news concerning the happenings at Agriprocessers Inc. I find a very disheartening trend. Our news sources have chosen to bring us some of the vaguest quotes that I have ever seen.

In this piece you quote the Stacey Burke, a spokeswoman for TrueBlue, Labor Ready's parent company:
"There was a concern on the part of my field operators about the safety and care afforded to our workers," Burke said. "We felt as if there was a violation on our core principles."

Burke would not comment on specifics. She said the company does not have a "one strike and you're out" violation policy for its work sites.

Please, if there is a serious violation concerning the safety of your workers; please be so kind to let the public know what it was!

Why do I get the feeling that this story is being exploited by those who have personal agendas with Agriprocessers Inc. and are using this story to further their agendas, rather than reach the truth of the matter?

Please be so kind to keep us truly informed so that we can see this story for what it is

Thank you!

AgriProcessors are trying to keep their good name. If Labor Ready were not providing the right workers for them, then it was a good decision to let them go as soon as possible. I read that AgriProcessors hired a staffing agency to get their company back in motion, and so the work stations are filling up again. I just hope everything will go back to normal because I miss my European Glatt foods in the grocery stores.
