Ha! I love this one, nobody will ever take our side? Gee, I didn't realize that the majority of employees in the company marking ultra low numbers on the EOS didn't account for taking our side. I didn't realize that the vast majority of people working in my store, showing anger, disgust, frustration, and stress on a nearly constant basis weren't on our side.

So, you are condemning us to a life of waiting for the internet to encourage us? You are basically calling us losers for looking to the internet, as you say, for "encouragement", which is a synonym for "inspiration". So, with that said, you just called LEF a harbor for poor, bottom rung losers right?

Afterall, LEF pushes customers towards Lowes.com for "inspiration" on their projects right? And, unless I'm tripping on acid, the last time I checked, Lowes.com can only be found by accessing the internet. I've read more than one piece of information pertaining to LEF that says people will be "inspired" by what they find on our new website. They will be "inspired" to go through with their new project. So, the very thing management, and you, are pushing down our throats every day (customers looking to lowes.com for "inspiration"), you are now saying is for losers, the poor, and bottom rungers. I'm glad you clarified this, I didn't realize that our customer of the future was going to be poor bottom rungers waiting to be "encouraged" (inspired) by the internet. Thanks for the heads up, now I have a good idea of how to deal with them.

In my defence, when I wrote that I had had my fair share of adult beverages. We all have bad days and get frustrated. Sorry for losing my temper on that one. Although I disagree with many of you on a regular basis, I at least try to keep it civil. You guys just don't understand how frustrating it is when its your job to manage productivity, motivate the team, and get results, but then have to deal with people stuck in the past. I just wish I could flip some switch some days to just reset peoples expectations. Everything would be much better if all of these changes weren't seen in such a negative mindframe. From someone coming from another companys perspective or if benefits and pay had been lower before the changes, the current changes would be great. All I want is a fair chance to do my job with out the constant negative grumbling dark clouds floating around the store causing storms wherever they stop. The group of posters here just seems to personify all the negative I've talked about in much more concentrated doses that are hard to swallow at times.

Stop playing the role of a victim and "man up". You are the biggest complainer on Topix. Maybe you should follow you own advice. Put more time in managing the store and less on here and you might achieve that success you are after.

I do not recall ever criticizing anyone's spelling. I almost always post on here from my phone. I assume many people do. Auto correct and a three inch wide keyboard don't make it easy to be perfect. However, no phone or computer can fix stupid, so you're still out of luck.

I always wondered why SMs had no time to thank associates, pitch in with the work, coach ASM lounging in the office, etc. Now I realize its because they were wandering around tapping on their cell phones all day on the floor.

I can tell you how I ranked lowes on this years survey...a couple 4s (direct supervisor) and the rest ones..."you are seriously considering leaving lowes" hell yes i am...just waiting on a call back with a new job offer. dont get me worong i still come in and do my job...but i really dont give a damn about this place... oh yeah, DMxMD...shut the f!*# up.
