Is everyone else starting to see the disfunction of this store? Judging by the comments and the people jumping out of the woodwork to say how great this one individual store is, it really is a messed up place.

Well i dont know about other stores but our bull pin has cameras and if the guys were back there smoking(which did not happen) they would have been caught on tape. Oh but guess what there is nothing found. So again it is nothing but stupid rumors. Stop trying to start crap. This is petty leave my co-workers alone.

@nedm-really? If you were an SM before you would know that is not true at all. You can not go by 3 people who state/confirm someone is under the influence that we can document that! I would love to know what type of store you ran. There are so many more steps in that process that you wouldnt be able to wrap ur mind around it so please do us all a favor and stop stating things that are not true!

nedm wasn't an SM. He was a team leader at Lowes.

This tread started because "Tool Guy" is unhappy with "his" job.(Not sure if tool guy is a he or she).
2886 is a good store, with good people, and managers, and itís a great place to work!
It is so easy to talk about others, when instead he or she should be looking within... Look in the mirror Tool Guy.
Mental health is available Tool Guy, just remember to breathe, relax.
Making false statements is also a crime, and grounds for termination. If you donít like being there, then quit, because "We" 2886 donít need some crackpot spouting out negative things about our fellow workers and leaders.
Ethics... How unethical is it to post untruths about people using a false name and location?

Well that was a document on the system at lowes years ago. If it changed maybe it shouldn't.

Some people can hide things others not so much. There's a difference between smelling some on someones breath and seeing them actually drunk. Just like I'm sure there's employees that might tell the health insurance they don't smoke but they might.

If someone is drunk they should be detained as an employee until they sober up (if you send them out they could get arrested for drunk in public (cue Ron White). I don't see drunk employees being a big issue. Drunk customers on the other hand I've seen walk into ladders!

I can't stand any more of this. As of today, this has been sent to your AHRM for investigation. We don't need a fight on the internet about one lousy store. What we DO need is a fair investigation by a neutral party. Let's all just drop it. The more people come out of the wood work to defend the store, the more it just makes it look like people have something to hide. All of the people complaints like intoxication are for management to deal with. Maybe they are. No one would know but them. It's none of tool guys business once its reported, but it IS his job to report unethical behavior. The "cash office lady" reviewing LP video will get someone written up. Who knows who. It depends on circumstances. If she is one of the posters on here, I would stop. Immediately.

Y'all know they can trace your accounts back to you, right? If its an investigation you want, its what you might just get. False accusations, slander, and defamation of character is something that may come back and bite you.

Thats why you should use an ipad to make posts on here! It connects to a wifi signal that never gives your IP address. If you have a desktop or laptop you should have it set up so it deletes browser history passwords and the likes upon turning it off but it still has an ip address!
Now that DMxMD has laid claim to reporting this issue at hand he could very well be let go for instigating matters on this site. Even if the posts were positive or neutral it would still be looked down upon. I hope he wasn't dumb enough to give his name when he reported it!
