Judged: 1 1 1 Does he like cookies? Bake him some with Exlax substituted for chocalate chips. It's hard to intimidate anyone with diarrhea running down the back of your legs. Leave them on his desk with an anonymous note thanking him for being such a great manager. He'll get the message after the cookies hit his colon. Just joking!! Or am I??? http://youtu.be/U-bsVQe2pHg |

If he's cleaning house, subtle or not, it's probably at the direct orders of the market director. I have noticed a much firmer stance lately on addressing performance issues, and getting caught up quickly on addressing them if we let things go to long.

When you poison someone with laxatives, that is considered attempted murder, or causing grievous bodily harm. Tread with great caution, this is not funny, a joke or high-school trickery.
Suggesting that someone do such a thing is a blatant display of disregard for the well-being of others. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Many of us are so happy that you are acknowledging your Asperger's syndrome for us, now we can understand what is wrong with you. Before we just thought it was maternal neglect and being locked in the basement for so many years and now you're screaming for attention . |

Judged: 3 2 2 It is quite simple, the more full time high paid associates you can get to leave, the more part time and seasonal people you can hire. It puts more people between management and the customers which is pretty much what they want. If a problem arises then they step in, give the customer what they want and become the hero. Per the link below lowe's is looking to hire aprox 45,000 seasonal employees this spring. http://money.msn.com/business-news/article.as... |
