1. Stop aggressively pushing cards upon customers.(Creates disservice)
2. i-phones need to work or go away.
3. Product needs to be shipped to stores to fill empty holes.
4. Lower prices on ATG website.

The company needs to realize that the majority of customers who walk into a retail establishment are there to purchase something that day. If they were interested in internet sales, the customer would not have even bothered to drive to the store.

2. I'd have IT check your connections. Iphones have worked great in the stores near me. Some department managers actually want more of them for their staff. An asm looked up inventory (5.1) in front of me and had information in seconds.

While it is true that customers usually want something that day it is economically impractical to have everything as a stock item. Internet sales work easier because it cheaper to maintain, the customer is qualified and they have paid.

IPhones are great when they work. It is frustrating to go to scan something and having to wait for it to connect, and, somedays there is no connectivity. The scanner doesn't always work, but, as I said, when it works it is a great tool. No longer have to run to the computer to check qty & price or make labels.

Eventually once people can run credit cards though it checkout will be faster. When you think about it sos sales have a customer wait twice..once to order and once the pay. Cutting that it half would boost sales.
