Anyone else notice District PSA's are dead till ????????
In stores dont have big resets, just small ems. My store manager sees this and is making us build grills, freight, etc....Good busy work. Anyone else see this in their store?

it seems odd to me that this is happening. He has been in the home store for 2 weeks and doesn't seem too thrilled about it, saying it's just "quiet". I have a lot of big resets coming, but no word of help from DPSA's. Well, this job is what it is until it's gone, just like all the rest of the store empolyee's.
Have a good day.

Restructure at CSC, again. Will trickle down effect APSA squads, I dunno. Do I personally think so? Yes. Travel team to be added back to home store or cut loose from company. In stores are handling new innovation and Northlake advancements in my area, and since LEF is in motion, perhaps the reduction can come to pass. If not now, certainly in the future.

I have a wife and kid, should I start to look for a new job? My APSA mailbox for ems has been 0 for a while.

If the CSC was restructured again , wouldnt in stores be dead to? I think (DPSA Team) is toast. Because with the new bin location program, big moves cant be made. Hello unemployment line....

Maybe they'll put you back in the store. We could use another PSA for resets. Hold on until all of this pans out, for now, as usual, this is all heresay. Hang in.

We were told that analyst are being reorganized at CSC. APSS says he's not sure why we so slow, but his exact words were "if we get cut, we get cut" no joke...

We've been booked solid since last August. Between tile, rug, vanity, bath aisle and now the new rug test set, we've had maybe two weeks dead service in the last six months. I also hear people complain that all the APSA are worthless. Everyone on my team is either a former DM or ASM. In speaking to in store associates, I get the impression that what we do, while significant, goes largely unnoticed.

Cutting one PSA out of every stote was stupid!!!!!! Making the District and area PSA's is a waste of company money. I hope it does go away bring back that extra PSA in each store.
Agreed

Clean every beam and put new labels on every product? Maybe this will be the big DPSA task coming up. Why don't the "specialists" and staff clean their areas? So sick of always cleaning up after them. They just sit all day and complain. How do they get away with that? The managers here don't care or pay attention. This store is sad.
Oh but that pizza party was great .... NOT.

If it weren't for specialists and staff selling products you'd be out of a job. They keep the lights on and make you sure you get a paycheck to wear a brown vest, do manual labor, and not help customers. Who's the one complaining online? Thanks

I can see every store have the district team, relabel and bin locate under the new program. I help customers just like a red vest.

If it wasn't "for you" hahahahahahaha. Yea right. So valuable, that's why they took spiffs away and now I sell appliances and clean the area, too.
We spend just as much time with customers as you do, this is retail, you are not smarter than anyone else and we all have the same value to corporated - NONE.

I don't complain, I do the work - I go home. Just venting. Your if it wasn't for us attitude is total BS and commonplace.

Oh, you are my hero, thanks for my job, what would we do without you.
Seriosly dude?

All employees are important. There are slackers at all levels. The cancer at Lowes is employee infighting. We need leadership...leaders with a unifying message, and we Don't. They are grasping at straws-looking for the magic bullet. The answer to your problems lie within your workforce, go to the retail floors and listen to your internal and external customers.
