There is no way that the middle class or the elderly can afford the increase. We all work very hard for our money and evrytime we make a little you turn around and take it from us. There has to be a better way of dealing with this! Maybe all the millionaires need to be taxed properly. I'm sure they make a huge difference in the budget. We can't afford the rates now. Where is the help for us when we need it. Yeah, you give us a month to make the payment and if we can't we get shut off. Then we suffer even more trying to find the money else where. No wonder there is so much robberies all over the United States. You need to step in our shoes just once and maybe you'll rethink things.
