I just hope Snyders doesn't try to change the name or alter recipes of Lance products to reflect that they are really theirs. I remember the S of H deep fried peanuts (yuk). I remember the Ketchup chips (wheres the milk mom my tongue is sore). I remember the S of H cookies that started out good and they kept changing the recipes (they don't taste like they did the last time I bought em'). Remember, could this be the same genetics that killed Aunt Kitty's Soup?

I hope everyone benefits from this - especially local workers and management who need job security now more than ever before.

I can't believe there is someone else who remembers Aunt Kitty's chicken corn soup. I loved that stuff and can't believe they don't make it any more. The Hanover Brands chicken corn soup doesn't even come close!

I find it interesting that Utz backed out due to a lengthy review process.....wasn't it just a short time ago that this was announced and the FTC has already given approval. Well, Utz you made your bed now I guess you can lie in it!!!

Well i sincerely hope that Snyder's-Lance treats their people better than UTZ,, I've heard so many bad things from alot of people that were laid off from their long time jobs & went to UTZ,,, They are treating the local people ( their long time customers) that work for them like some kind of migratory help. I can't believe they don't have enough common sense to realize these people are hard working local people that have patronized them for many years, and now being out of work & needing a job,, and UTZ is treating them like slave labor!! I've been buying MARTIN'S & HERR'S products ever since i found this out,,, and no I'm not one who went to UTZ, just a few very good freinds that had a very good work history were the misfortunates

Wow, I really miss Aunt Kitty's chicken corn soup. They didn't cheat by using noodles like Hanover, they actually used rivels. As for the S of H potato chips, I really loved the Steak and Onion.

I still have 2 cans of Aunt Kitty's chicken corn soup. Obviously they are not eatable but they still have a place in my pantry. I will not allow my wife to throw them out.

Aunt Kitty's was the best. I just tried Hanover and you're right -- it has noodles! What is that about? Cheap substitute for real corn and rivels.

I grew up a few blocks from the Lippy's home - when the wind blew west, the whole neighborhood smelled wonderful good.
