Zyprexa Diabetes connection conflict of interest.
Eli Lilly paid billions in fines for the scam.Thousands got diabetes as Zyprexa side effect and have to take Lilly insulin to treat the diabetes that was caused by their Zyprexa.
Daniel Haszard Zyprexa victim activist and patient who got diabetes from it.

Well, let's see Jim, if someone has you cover a story and takes you to a nice restaurant and expenses it, I guess that's unethical too. Pharmaceutical Companies do diner programs and wine etc. is usually served so what's the difference. Don't feel you are any moral high ground here.
