Risperdal is an Atypical anti psychotic a cousin of Zyprexa and Seroquel.
Atypical means it was *invented* to supplant old fashioned Thorazine at ten times the cost.
Here is the dirt on Zyprexa which is what gave me diabetes:
Eight Lilly employee *whistle-blowers* got $8-10 million each of the scandalous Zyprexa
settlement, the lawyers on both sides got hundreds of millions and I get ZERO.
Eli Lilly Zyprexa Olanzapine issues linger.
Zyprexa PTSD treatment for Veterans found ineffective.
Mitch Daniels Governor of Indiana was Lilly's president of corporate strategy during the *viva zyprexa* sales push campaign.
I was given Zyprexa 1996-2000 actually took it pre-launch as an experimental drug 6 months before FDA approval 96.
Have all my records and so does Lilly.
It is court record Lilly illegally goaded MD's to prescribe Zyprexa off-label to patients like me and promised to do CYA for the good doctor.
January 2000 I got a sudden onset A1c of a whopping 14.9.
No question it was Zyprexa that ruined my pancreatic beta cells.
The warning black label did not go on till 2003
I am classic case for compensation never signed on with the original 8,000 claimants because payout too small.
Instead I do blog and commentary have made over 150,000 pages exposing the danger of Zyprexa.Google Daniel Haszard Zyprexa

Many people have reported claims against Johnson & Johnson for the faulty hip replacement. Further studies were needed to understand the effects of these faulty hip replacements. This is discussed at http://www.depuyhipreplacementlawsuit.com , you can read more about it in this site.

J and J just agreed to pay $158 million to settle a lawsuit filed by the Texas AG - J and J created and paid for "TMAP", a bogus program to push Risperdal and the other atypical atypical antipsychotics. Hats off to Allen Jones, whistleblower, who was fired from his job in Pennsylvania for reporting this fraud.

It is good to see that J&J have begun to send out surgical mesh lawsuit compensation to those injuried by their products. http://www.rotlaw.com/transvaginal-placement-...

Apart from this, Johnson and Johnson is also faced with numerous vaginal mesh lawsuits. The company’s failure to divulge information about the safety issues of this medical device they produced has led many women to file complaints against them.

I wish this will also happen on people affected of Fosamax with Merck as its manufacturer. http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com/fo...

I feel bad how this is happening to Johnson and Johnson which is a well respected company around the world. I just hope that they can pull this off from Depuy hip implant devices to medications. http://www.depuypinnaclelawsuit.com/
