So what?al(bore)gore has about five huge mansions around the world that together give off a bigger carbon foot print than Luxembourg.

Who cares about the "carbon footprint" I want to know why these people can manage their finances just fine, but they can't manage the country's finances worth a diddle. Except the high up pay and wage finance, they do payroll for the politicians at top accuracy and efficiency. Stop giving yourself raises and start giving the country it's dues.

Yes, look at the "shovel ready" jobs he is creating with all that construction paid for with HIS MONEY.

More people with money should consider using it to improve their lives while also providing EMPLOYMENT for people.

Maybe he will start a TREND im the rich being the ones to turn the employment situation around by spending their money.

Good for Willard Romney. By expanding his mansion, he can now closely relate to how the middle class and poorer citizens live in the U.S.

Of course he is, but that's not the point.

It's just bad, tone deaf timing that plays right into the left's playbook. Choosing to do it now reinforces my opinion that Romney is a good businessman but thickheaded when it comes to politics.

When the election gets down and dirty, as it will, he's the guy who will bring a knife to the gunfight...just another nice guy version of Dole or McCain, with no savvy Karl Rove running point for him.

You got that right. I'm amazed to see the number of dumb white people here in the south living in trailers and driving their 1994 Chevy pickup trucks with the missing tailgate, cracked windshield and retread tires. The only thing holding that bucket of junk together is the patchwork of bumperstickers for ultra rich politicians. You can't fix stupid.

You just described yourself. A welfare monkey who thinks people who work, rich or poor should support your lame azz. You're supposed to buy good food with that tax money not crack.
