Homes sales down in L.A. County, prices increase

Here we go again. Artificially increasing the prices of these homes when they're not even selling. Why is everything done backwards in this country? The same with the stock market. You have companies reporting record losses, mounting layoffs, unemployment, decline in retail sales. manufacturing etc.. and yet the market shoots up 150 pts.

Only in the crooked real estate business can prices increase amidst declining sales.
When you have govt interventions galore, prcies are supported at levels people can't afford. Real Estate is artifically divorced from supply and demand.

it depends on if the banks lend money or not, that is it. it is easy to spend money if it is not your money
