Could anyone please tell me if there is a number to contact someone for problems with linkedin.. I cant even sign into my linkedin. it was first saying my email was not compatible, then i had the wrong password, so changed my password and started the same again, web address wasn't correct and so on.. I was trying to work it out so much, it now looks like I have been blocked... I am very new to all this tecnology & would really really appreciate someone's help... I thought if I could cancel my whole account and start again may help... I would be soooooo grateful

I cannot sign into my linkedin account,my pass word was 01061955,I then changed it to 01061955,still cannot access my site,what is the problem with you guys??????????Is this to big for you,don't take your time to respond.

I would advise you to go down to the bottom of any LinkedIn page and click on Learning centre which in fact is the Help area for LinkedIn. Send LinkedIn a message (along the way they will come up with potential answers to your problem). They will then email you the answer within about 48 hours. I have found them really helpful. I tried sending the help email 2 weeks ago for this exact problem and only received the automated email stating someone would contact me in 48 hours, but no one ever did. I tried send then help email again after a 4 days and still have not received a response.

I tried that but have not received any reply but the automated email stateing they would get to me in 48 hours, that was over 2 weeks ago.

Same thing here, I change the password, try and sign in and get the same page each time that asks me to sign in! Customer service is non-existent.

Have been trying to sign into linkedin for the last couple of days with no success. Changed passwords and still cannot sign in. Just keeps sending me back to the sign in page. Sent linkedin 3 messages. They sent me a ticket number but nothing has changes. Is there anyone to talk to at linkedin?

Same exact problem as SHARON, trying to sign up- bouncing back & Forth, no opportunity to register, create new email fog LinkedIn, erases-

Ugh! Not hospitable to new candidates! ANC time wasted!

In my case, for managing a recommendation on my profile it does not work until I go to my email and I click on: "Display **Name**'s recommendation". Then I can manage if I want to show this recommendation or not.
But I have a recommendation from one guy from which I have not received any email so I can NOT click on "display".
Inside the page is neither possible: Received Recommendation-->Manage-- >It only appears the option "view". Not accept option, not show option, only view.

Just signed up today, tried to log in again, tells me my password is wrong. NO, it is the same one that I have signed up with!
Keep trying and being bounced back and forth.
Nevermind, so long LINKED-OUT !

OK folks, i've had the same problem HOWEVER, i've realised that if I log in through Firefox I get the same issues as above but if I log in through explorer I dont and I am able to see my account.

Well now tht I've found this Linkedin comment page, I see tht I'm part of a group of the same complaint, can't sign in. Since nobody's seemed to answer the others, I expect the same treatment for me. Linkedin - can u imagine how many ppl you'd hv, if you'd actually handle these complaints with "common answers, to continuous "common problems" u've lost me, until u get it rgt. Mp.

No, you do not have to register again if you can still sign in. Just log into your account and go onto edit profile where you can specify a new email address. This will mean that you can retain all your contacts on linkedin without having to reinvite them to connect.
if you have forgotten your password or can no longer sign in, it may be worth contacting linkedin for help.

Caroline Dunn hit on the answer. It's not technically LinkedIn's problem, it's a browser problem. In my case, I was trying to use IE and it wouldn't work, but using Firefox did. My suggestion to others is to try other browsers.
