This is the second large, national managed care contract Quest has lost to LabCorp (Wellpoint was the last one); is their ultimate plan to walk away from all health insurance companies??

Also, it is interesting to note the sale of millions of dollars' worth of options among their Sr. executive team....they must have known there was a chance this business was at risk when they took this action?
