Your front License plate. Funny Dave! be more creative with user names for god sake.
I would like to think you know R.L. Is destroying the facility.
You need to talk to our yours and mine common friend Jeff T from Louisville before your management team walks out on you.
I have already heard you have lost a few good team members.
R keeps you sheltered from everything and drags your team down like your current quality.
Lets test my knowledge and validate: R.L. his details about his trip up north and the heat from your boss who wants solutions not excuses.(yes we speak) Press Failures on a certian job I wont say here? Anyone can be replaced, Your active scrap tunnage? Are you tired of getting your balls busted over 2 specific issues on complaints that "CAN'T" be fixed but actually "CAN"? Clean House before someone else does. Your Not fixing the problem like you boss asked you. Getting your quality manager out of your office would be a clear indication that you have made an impact and changed your process. The message is clear, get involved in the process go out on the floor be a strong leader. Execute and implement real GMP's. Before you lose more "value added" members that can help you reach your goals. Have you even followed our EBITDA? This is a collective opinion not just mine. Thats why you have a "wolf among the sheep" to help us understand why we are losing money. Think about that people are not always who they appear to be... they adapt fit in and go unnoticed...
are you referring R as Rick

Lear will be closing Morristown
After the new job meets its numbers by contract with auto makers lear will be phasing out production in this facility and transferring machinery to other locations. Many at the plant are counting on a newer union contract however the corperation has no intention on a renewal of a collective bargaining agreement with the union.
The union will be phasing out next year and sending union work to a different facility and dropping pay to all employees making all machine operators one pay grade as H2. Quality defects and restructuring will be the main cause for this closing. Decisions are already being made on a corp level. The first phase is to slow production which has already began, and begin layoffs.
someone said " Bullshit, new track job was coming in" NOPE they just lost the 2 contracts that was supposed to come in and the pico is already going out, parts are sitting in the parking lot. so it looks like this original post wasn't far from the truth. they did make it a 2 tear paygrade and tried to buy out the old hands. looks like its already begun.
