Are you serious, I've talked to the union stewards til' I'm blue in the face and still get the same answer, "yes, they can do that". I've talked to the supervisors and they say, "blah, blah, blah" (in other words lies). Just plan on doing my time and waiting for retirement (if I make it that long). If you have any suggestions, I'm willing to listen.

OK, you talked to a steward, and to a supervisor. But you did not talk to a committee member nor did you go to the front office! So you have not done everything! Stewards do not always have the right answer, and they need to go ask what is going on too. A supervisor is not going to know what the front office is doing, they are just trying to do a job too! So Whookid, go talk to the front and find a COMMITTEE person! Keep going until you find out the truth and stop listening to the crap on the shop floor that people love to spread to get the crap stired!

Nothing surprises us here anymore. We are at the company's mercy just to work there. The contract is geared for their advantage and the union seems to "go along" with them. Just remember folks, "they can do that"...., sad to feel this way about a place I have worked at for so long and to feel like nothing more than a clock number to them. Even when you go to HR they use everything you say to their advantage and instead of trying to help you they hurt you instead. Human Resources is supposed to work with the people, right?

What seems to be going on anyway? Alot of company people are leaving the plant. We've got new hires that don't want to work. Don't put up any effort to move faster, so they just get put on slower easier jobs. Or they put two of them where one of us is normally. Nothing about this place is making any sense. Am I losing my mind or does anyone else notice this? I think I should start playing dumb.

What's going on with all the firings? We knew they were going to come sooner or later. I stand back and watch and I see people being railroaded out. If your not liked (good worker or not) they find ways of writing you up. And our union is oblivious, our union reps say things to appease us at the time, then don't do a thing. I'll just keep to myself and do my job. It's a sad situation all around.

I really do like the things that are going on I hope that they open there eye wider and look at the over paid maints department. Lets talk about the way our union BOYS got Terry Byers fired. I wish someone would get out a camera and take pictures of the two of you who steal for the company daily by paying you wages the two of you are liers. I hope that you are ready to answers some question in the next union meeting one of you is a lier and the other is just low. Watch your back boys cause you too are being looked at. I cant belive that you would tell one person it wasnt me it was Jason and then tell some one else in the same breath that you will get him fired if it takes all that you got. Please everyone remember these two person when we get the chance to vote again. Put the phone down and do a little work thats what the company pays you for.

I would of done the same thing, made somewhere aware of a individual breaking a major rule in our plant and could of hurt or even killed thmeselves!
