$300,000 to Centric which leaves $200,000 to upgrade systems? Is Centric hiring? It doesn't sound like their sales department needs help.

We should not be giving tax breaks to any private businesses unless someone can prove that they pay-off down the road in economic gain. It's not worth it if the tax break drains more from taxpayers than the business puts back into the economy.

If no one can show that the tax break pays off, then let the company go to some other state and drain their treasury.
