I checked out Lithia recently. Bought my Dodge truck when it was Joe Horace's store.
Cost of repairs = ab't 25% too high. Average for most car dealerships.
Got an estimate for future work. Laughable. No doubt wrenches are under orders to include everything imaginable; but, it was about 400% too high.
Spoke to the sales staff about current and future vehicles that could tempt me - they were about as parochial and uninformed as the average NM car salesman.
First manufacturer who decides to build or import a compact-to-medium size turbodiesel-powered pickup gets my business.
Dodge could do it with the small Cummins or Mercedes in a Dakota. Ford and Toyota already build the Ranger and HiLux with turbodiesels and sell them all over the world. Just not in the U.S..

Who`s going to want to buy from a sinking ship. Don`t worry Mr. "local manager who asked not to be identified."
Your days in business are numbered.
By next year you`ll be gone, like so many tumbleweeds.

Poorly researched article. There is also Melloy Dodge in Albuquerque. Is that one closing?
