Medtronic To Cut 500 Jobs In Minnesota
Medical device maker Medtronic will be cutting about 500 jobs in Minnesota, as part of an overall elimination of approximately 2,000 jobs worldwide.

Fascinating that within that whole article...Outsourcing was not mentioned once, though that is what this is about....with yearly profits of around a billion....just not enough for the Corporate Greedy...likely a Republican donater....Sorry Sir, we are making those pacemaker's in Vietnam, now.....

This will keep being the case until the US starts applying import taxes/tariffs on all incoming goods.

Absolutely, DILF - but just remember - 80% of Americans would still buy those Japanese cars if they were even $5,000 more expensive than a Chevy.
Taxes aren't going to cut it - I say the US needs to kick the Japanese, Korean and German automakers out of the country. Become isolationist when it comes to vehicles. Stop giving away all that "free" local labor and free land leases to foriegn manufacturers.
