Judge lets Medtronic Infuse case go to trial in Hennepin County
A Minnesota man who claims he was injured by the off-label use of Medtronic 's Infuse bone graft product will be able to sue the company for three charges of fraud and misrepresentation, a Hennepin County judge has ruled.
