This is crazy. I bet he hit himself in the face with the screwdriver and wants someone to pay.

I am surprised he's not suing the manufacturer of the hammer. What a loser.

Now the FDA will probably step in and require all jars to have a label warning consumers not to attempt to open them with a hammer.
